Ned McGinley began guiding on the Snake River in the early 1980’s, learning from the legendary Dick Allen and Joe Allen.  He has spent his lifetime fishing rivers throughout Western Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain West.   Ned is also a Class A PGA Golf Professional, spending over thirty years teaching golf lessons and operating golf courses.

As a lifelong teacher to people of all ages and abilities, his knowledge of fishing is easily conveyed, from beginner to expert. Ned’s calm personality and demeanor, paired with years of guiding experience, makes for an enjoyable and successful day on the river.  When he is not guiding, he is on the river chasing trout, skiing near his home outside of Wilson, or heading south to play golf.
